When using our Audio Response System, the last four of your SSN will be your temporary PIN number. You will be asked to create a new PIN immediately. You CAN’T reset your PIN to the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Through our Audio Response System you can:

  • Make balance inquiries on your:
    • Savings Account
    • Checking Account
    • Loans
    • Certificates
    • Credit Card
  • Transfer money between your accounts
  • Review your account history
  • And so much more
