We’ve Increased Our Minimum Pay
We are pleased to announce that Launch Federal Credit Union is increasing its minimum pay for the third consecutive year. The minimum pay for entry-level employees will be $13.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2019. This is well above the state minimum wage of $8.46 per hour (effective January 1, 2019), and a national minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.
By increasing the minimum pay, we believe it better enables Launch FCU to attract the best talent to help our members. It also serves as a benefit to the local economy. Being a local credit union with branches exclusively in Brevard and Volusia Counties means our employees live and raise their families in the communities where they work, and they spend their paychecks locally. This benefits both small and large local businesses and boosts the economy in our area.
Along with a competitive wage structure, Launch FCU also offers a generous benefits package, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, and a friendly, inviting work environment. We also provide quality training, education and mentoring to every individual so that they can be promoted to the next level.
We believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
